New York 3-Hands BOSS Orange Watch

Following on from my post last month which covered the new range of BOSS Orange Watches I have been lucky enough to test one out for myself. As my readers will know by now my preferred style is anything with simple colours, bold design features and details, so with that in mind I decided to go for the “New York 3-Hands” watch by BOSS Orange.

The watch comes in a nice trademark orange box with a foam interior which is essential to keep its shape and to avoid scratches in transit. On the face of the watch there’s a plastic protective film too which gives you that extra protection when trying it on.

The face of the New York 3 Hands watch looks great, a really nice combination of colours, textures and details; in particular I love the second, minute and hour hands which are a really nice contrast in colour. The logo is also nicely featured all over the watch in different areas too, including the strap, back, clasp and dial.

The strap of the watch is made of silicon, before seeing the watch in person I assumed this would be hard like plastic but actually it’s more like a soft rubber, comfortable around the wrist. The watch has a large face, the biggest in their range at 50mm and you certainly notice you’re wearing it, coincidently this is a very popular trend right now in men’s watches. Overall this Boss orange watch is a great addition to a stylish wardrobe and can be worn in relaxed and business occasions – check out their range here.
