While it’s technically the right time of year to be buying clothes for spring summer 15 there’s still the occasional sale bargain to be found. I came across this great looking Dolce & Gabbana sports jacket in the Farfetch sale just after Christmas.
When I saw the product images I immediately thought of the Adidas style track suit from the 90’s, specifically the stripes down both the arms – it’s almost certainly been inspired by that. In reality the jacket is something much more; it has heavy duty luxurious gold styled zips on the front and pockets and the material is high quality thick cotton (94%) with 2% Spandex and 4% polyamide.
I ordered a medium and the fit is just right; when you do up the zip it feels very fitted on the sides of your body but in no way restricting around the shoulders. There is some kind on tie inside the material around the waist which means it keeps it’s shape if you wear it undone, I’ve never come across a jacket like that before. My only negative point on the top is that the zip does occasionally get stuck which can be a little bit annoying but it doesn’t take long to set it free – overall another great piece from Dolce & Gabbana!
